    Graphics must be digitized, or put into thread language, before we can stitch it or display it on embroidered items.   We  keep the file stored so you are never charged again for digitizing of the same design or logo

    You will receive a proof to approve colors, size, and stitching 3-5 days after submission.   

    Once the digitizing is approved we can add embroidered products to your WebStore.

    Digitizing Fee:

    20K Stitches - $55 (usually a 4X4 area) +$15 stitchout sample

    We have a highly developed production and shipping system and make every effort to ship your order in a fast and effecient manner through USPS and UPS.    You will receive a shipping notification and tracking number when your order leaves our facility.

    Most orders ship from Knoxville, TN 37923 

    Check your delivery time based on the UPS map.   All orders shipping to Tennessee residents and surrounding areas will arrive in one day via UPS ground.
